Skaneateles Lodge
Skaneateles, New York
The project included new construction of an 88-room hotel with a spa, restaurant, indoor pool, and outdoor pool. MBL Engineering provided all site engineering and permitting which included site plan approval through the Town of Skaneateles. In addition, a large-scale septic design for onsite waste disposal and a 1,400-access road to get to the remote site location.
MBL Engineering Services Provided:
- On-site engineering support for site layout, grading and drainage, utility connections, and traffic flow.
- Site permitting through all agencies including DEC, DOH, Onondaga County DOH, DOT, and the local agencies with the Town of Skaneateles.
- Large-scale septic design of approximately 15,000-GPD with enhanced treatment systems for additional treatment.
- Construction services through the construction process were provided from weekly meetings, SWPPP Inspections, contractor coordination/selection, and overall inspections for the owner.
