Provided civil engineering support for an 80-acre (330 sites) first class RV Resort. Right-to- build permitting was provided for the multi-phase project. MBL Engineering was responsible for site layout, grading, stormwater, and site utilities. The project required a stormwater pollution prevention plan and weekly stormwater inspections were provided to meet the requirements of the NYSDEC. The project included two expansions including a 30-room and 46-room facility with indoor pool and spa area. The facility included large scale septic design for the onsite disposal of waste as well as potable water is provided by well systems which were upgraded. MBL Engineering Services Provided:
